Cigarti may appear to be a run of the mill type of company, but customer service and customization of its e cigarettes are pluses that set itself apart from the competition.
Price – 3/5
Cigarti offers two starter kits, both of which are the same model.
The Mini starter includes 1 battery, 1 USB charger, 1 cartomizer, and 1 leather carry case. The Deluxe kit is priced at $89.99 and includes 2 batteries, 6 cartomizers, 1 USB charger, and 1 wall charger.
Additional cartomizer packs are $13.75 per 5-pack and come in over 10 flavors, including lemon, chocolate, apple, and orange. 5 packages of cartomizers are discounted at $51.75, which is a $17 discount if packs are purchased separately.
Kits are priced above average.
Customer Service – 5/5
Good customer service experience. Our order was shipped the same day we placed it, and we received it fairly quickly. The goods were packed nicely, and everything was intact when we received it.
Warranty – 4/5
1 year coverage for the batteries and chargers. To claim a warranty, their support team must first be contacted, and a return form is sent so you may send back the bad unit. After receipt, Cigarti will inspect and test to verify it’s defective, and a replacement is issued. All costs to ship to and from Cigarti are covered by the company.
Except for having to ship back the bad units to the company, which can take up to two weeks, this is a good warranty.
Selection – 3.5/5
Just 2 starter kits, disposables, basic accessories, such as a carry case, and a few flavored cartomizers. No liquid, bundles, or anything with real pizzazz really… Cigarti does offer free battery customization with their big selection of skins. Cartomizers can be customized with skins as well.
There are 5 different nicotine strengths: 0, 3, 6, 8 and 11 milligrams. Oddly enough, they don’t offer 16 mg or anything higher. Considering many smokers use regular strength cigarettes, which are, on average, in the 1.5-1.6 mg range, we’re surprised Cigarti doesn’t offer a higher dosage.
